fantastic base for disney adventures with friendly staff

During our weekend getaway, we enjoyed a super convenient spot, just a few steps from great eateries and less than 2 km from the Fullerton Arboretum, perfect for leisurely strolls and exploring nature, while the outstanding service from the staff, especially Guilermo in the bar, made our stay feel special and memorable.

i had a great stay at doubletree by hilton. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. i loved the complimentary cookies they offered upon arrival. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice stay but needs improvement

Had a quick overnight stay and the staff were super friendly. The room was nice, but the noise from the street was kinda a bummer. The breakfast area was cool, but I could’ve used a microwave in the room. Overall, a good spot with good service, just a bit noisy outside.

The warm cookies were a good touch, and the jetted tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I loved the convenient access to nearby shops.

Enjoyed a 4-night family stay. Our room was spacious with cozy beds. The warm cookies at check-in were a delightful surprise! The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Just a heads-up, the breakfast is overpriced and no complimentary options are available.

The Good, The Bad, and The Unexpected

Our stay offered a comfortable bed and a spacious King Room with a tub, making it ideal for relaxation. The pleasant dining staff were accommodating during breakfast. Sadly, the check-in process was poorly managed and the noise from the nearby freeway disrupted our sleep. A mixed experience overall.

Requesting extra towels daily can improve your stay, especially during peak times when housekeeping may be busy.

We recently stayed in a King Room with our non-service dog. The location was perfect for visiting Knott's Berry Farm, which was just a quick drive away. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing base for our family adventures.

In my children’s opinion, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use more variety to please young palates.

I had the most amazing time in the King Room Jetted Tub! The in-room jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, creating a mini-spa vibe. Plus, having modern gadgets and a mini-fridge at my disposal made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable!
